The Gold Care Club: Our HVAC Maintenance Plan for Nassau County and Long Island Homes

Two precision tune-ups a year on your heating and cooling, plus 15% off every repair and a place at the front of the schedule, so the systems in a Long Island home get looked at before the season that tests them instead of after they quit on a January night.

What You Pay to Stay Ahead of the Work, Not What You Pay When It Breaks

Most of our pricing conversation is about one job at a time. Standard rates apply during normal dispatch hours (7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week) with no overtime charges, options are laid out before anything is approved, and a flat-rate written quote covers labor, parts, materials, code compliance, testing and cleanup. That is how a repair or a replacement works, and the numbers behind it live on our pricing page.

The Gold Care Club is the other side of that. It is a recurring membership that keeps your furnace, boiler, heat pump or central air on a schedule, discounts the repairs you do end up needing, and builds credit toward the replacement every system eventually comes to. You are paying to get in front of the work rather than paying to react to it. For a larger job, financing sits alongside both.

Gold Care Club Membership: $49 a Month or $499 a Year

One membership, one price, one team covering the whole house. Choose the monthly rate or pay for the year at once.

Five Things a Membership Gets You

The list is short on purpose. Everything here is something we actually do for members, and nothing on it needs a second reading.

  • Two precision tune-ups every year, one on your heating system in the fall and one on your cooling system in the spring.
  • Priority scheduling, so members go first when the calendar fills during a cold snap or a heat wave.
  • 15% off all repairs, on any system we service, not just the one that brought us out.
  • An extended warranty on installations, which matters most on a new furnace, boiler, heat pump, central air system or water heater.
  • A loyalty credit that builds toward your next replacement, so the years you spend maintaining a system come off the cost of the one that follows it.

Nothing on this page changes when a technician can get to you. We dispatch technicians who are professionally trained and perform all work under our company's Master Plumbing and HVAC licenses 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, with no overtime charge for an evening or a weekend call, and the phone line is answered at any hour by an automated system that books your call into the next morning. Membership changes where you sit inside those hours, not what the hours are.

What a Precision Tune-Up Actually Covers

A tune-up is not a walk-through. It is a set visit with a checklist, and it takes long enough to find the thing that would have failed. On a heating visit we test and calibrate the burner or the heat pump's operation, check gas pressure and combustion where it applies, inspect the heat exchanger, clean and adjust the blower, replace or check the filter, test safety controls and limit switches, check the thermostat against actual room temperature, and look over the flue, the condensate line and the electrical connections. On a cooling visit we clean the condenser coil, check refrigerant charge and temperature split, clear the condensate drain, tighten and test electrical components, check capacitors and contactors, and confirm the system is moving the air it is rated to move.

Two visits a year is the right number on Long Island because our seasons demand two. The heating visit lands in September or October, before the first cold night sends a call volume spike through every heating contractor in Nassau County. The cooling visit lands in the spring, before the first stretch of ninety-degree days. A Levittown cape running a compact furnace and a single condenser and a larger Garden City home running zoned central air both get the same attention, sized to the equipment in the basement.

One Membership Behind Every System in the House

We are a family-owned Hicksville company covering plumbing, heating, cooling and indoor air quality with one team, so a membership does not stop at the furnace. The 15% repair discount applies to all repairs, which means the drain that backs up in March and the condenser that quits in July are both covered by the same card. The two annual tune-ups are heating and cooling visits, and everything else in the house benefits from the discount and the priority slot rather than from a scheduled visit.

  • Furnaces and boilers, including the oil and gas systems common in older Nassau housing stock
  • Heat pumps, both ducted whole-home systems and ductless
  • Central air conditioning and mini-split cooling
  • Water heaters, drains, sump pumps and the rest of the plumbing we service
  • Indoor air quality equipment tied into the ductwork

Whether the Membership Pays for Itself Is Math You Can Do Yourself

We would rather show you the pieces than publish a savings number we cannot stand behind. A membership covers two tune-ups you would otherwise book and pay for separately. It takes 15% off the price of every repair, and most homes on Long Island have at least one in a given year. It extends the warranty on anything we install. And it builds a loyalty credit that comes off your next system replacement.

Add up what you spent on your heating and cooling last year, take 15% off the repairs, subtract the two tune-ups, and the answer is specific to your house rather than to an average. Homeowners running a boiler that is past fifteen years, or a condenser that has needed a capacitor twice, tend to reach it fastest.

Where We Bring the Gold Care Club

We run out of Hicksville, which puts most of our members within a short drive. Levittown, Plainview, Garden City and Merrick see us constantly, and we carry the membership across Nassau County and into western Suffolk on the same terms.

What Members Say After the First Season

Every visit, tune-up or repair, is done by a technician who is professionally trained and performs all work under our company's Master Plumbing and HVAC licenses who covers the floors, cleans up before leaving, and stands behind the work under the Gold Star Guarantee for craftsmanship, code compliance and your satisfaction. More homeowner reviews are worth a read before you commit to anything recurring.

Questions Homeowners Ask Before They Join

  • Is an HVAC maintenance plan worth it?

It is worth it when the plan covers work you would pay for anyway. The Gold Care Club includes two tune-ups a year that most homeowners book separately, takes 15% off every repair, and builds credit toward your next replacement. If your heating and cooling systems are more than ten years old, the discount alone usually settles the question.

  • What does the Gold Care Club maintenance plan include?

Five things: two precision tune-ups a year covering heating and cooling, priority scheduling when the calendar fills, 15% off all repairs, an extended warranty on installations, and a loyalty credit toward a future replacement. It is $49 a month or $499 a year.

  • Do I need a separate plan for my boiler and my central air?

No. One Gold Care Club membership covers both, because the same team services your boiler and your central air. The heating tune-up happens in the fall and the cooling tune-up in the spring, and the 15% repair discount applies to whichever one needs work.

  • How much does a home service membership cost on Long Island?

Ours is $49 a month or $499 a year for a single-family home, covering both heating and cooling. Per-job costs, including the $99 dispatch fee during normal hours and our published investment ranges by service, are on our Pricing & Process page.

  • Does a maintenance plan get me priority service when something breaks?

Members go first when the schedule fills during a cold snap or a heat wave, which is exactly when getting a slot is hardest. Our technicians are dispatched 7 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week, with no overtime charge for evenings or weekends. Membership moves you up inside that window.

Get on the Schedule Before the Season Does

The cheapest repair is the one we catch in the fall. Join the Gold Care Club and your heating and cooling both get looked at before they are asked to work, with 15% off anything that does come up in between.

Or call 516-409-8555 and we will set the membership up over the phone.
